In short. This page files the same protected deletion
request as Profile → Security → Privacy Centre inside
the Lawendo app — it exists so you can ask for your account to be
deleted even without installing the app. Signing in is required so we
can verify the request is really yours; nothing is deleted before
that.
What happens when you request deletion
- Your request is recorded and reviewed under our retention policy.
- Legally required records — for example invoices — may be retained for statutory periods.
- Access to your messages, documents and case history will be removed.
